My husband Greg and I hired Minh-Ly for our recent Muses of the West La Flocelliere Chateau event in France.
We cannot speak highly enough of Minh-Ly. She is creative, kind and absolutely unique! She comes to each shoot with a desire to create art according to the interests of each photographer’s creative vision. She has amazing styling skills with hair, makeup, props and clothes. We had a great time with her on our event and we have already rebooked her for the chateau event again next year.
An astoundingly creative soul!
I had the pleasure to work with Minh-Ly over 4 days on her recent tour in the UK. We met years ago in Canada, and I’ve admired her wonderful artistry since.
She is delightful to chat with, intelligent, thoughtful, curious, experienced yet open to learning… and pose after pose, she gives unique and flowing energy – wild, powerful, abstract, quiet, beautiful, enigmatic. Shapes, angles and WOW moments overflowing to the lens.
The myriad of styles she explores is vast and I can see how any photographer could book her again and again, getting something totally different each time. She has brilliant suggestions… bringing ideas, styling and art direction as standard, and is wholly present in the creative process.
Keen to pose underwater at the tank, we organised for a small group event – a huge success, with Minh-Ly serving intense, ethereal, mermaid-esque motions with beautiful styling she planned – and we also booked up days at Basford Hurst Cottage, The Boardroom, and photographed each other at my humble home studio too.
I thoroughly enjoyed the time working with her and just wish there was more!! I implore anyone to book as long a duration as they can afford to with Minh-Ly, to explore all the artistry she has to offer.
Minh-Ly is an incredibly talented, creative and one of my favorite model. I’ve had the chance to work with her several times, and each collaboration has been a true pleasure. Je ne dirai jamais assez le bien que je pense de Minh-Ly. Même un photographe en panne d’inspiration peut se laisser aller au rythme de Minh-Ly tout à la fois à l’écoute des projets des uns et des autres et, lorsque l’inspiration n’est pas là, il suffit de se laisser porter par sa gestuelle, par ses initiatives. Minh-Ly est une grande artiste, inspirante et professionnelle.

Minh-Ly is my personal inspiration. We have worked together frequently and I brag to our mutual contacts (and her future clients) that she could model a shoelace for hours if you asked her. Sure enough, someone finally did and apparently she rocked it – I’m not surprised. Minh-Ly has an insane queue of poses in her mind at all times. She is an everlasting inspiration. Not only will she help you create images you couldn’t think of, her ambition, work ethic, personality, and general personhood will drive you to create other images you never dreamed you would.
I highly recommend hiring her or even meeting her (if you’re lucky enough to steal an hour of her valuable time). She is probably the only person – that I can say with absolute certainty – is one in a million.

Always prepared, always morphing during a shoot: it is an honour to witness her presentation of my art. Minh-Ly was an absolute delight to work with. From the start, her communication was clear, prompt, and professional, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She brought a calm, grounded energy to the shoot that set the perfect creative tone. What truly stood out was her ability to blend effortlessly into the environment and evoke mood with such subtle elegance. Each frame felt intentional and alive. Minh-Ly is not only a talented model but also a genuinely lovely person.
Minh-Ly was on a tour of The Netherlands, right on time, as my photographer friend and I were looking for a model to shoot. We quickly agreed and found a date. She came well prepared with wonderful clothes for our portrait and fashion session. She displayed a marvellous flow of poses, that even impressed more in the subsequent art nude session. Everything worked fine in a focused but relaxed mood, resulting in a large number of excellent frames. Minh-Ly is a beautiful model and a real pleasure to work with. It was a great artistic success, and Minh-Ly proved to be a very nice person to work with! Minh-Ly inspired me to not hesitate for hiring international travelling models.

Collaborer avec toi a été un vrai plaisir tant sur le fond que sur la forme. En amont tu as su anticiper les questions de structuration et ta curiosité à été pertinente quant au sujet. Ce qui est agréable c’est la justesse avec laquelle tu te positionnes, les choses sont encadrées et organisées sans être enfermées. Ce qui laisse une grande liberté dans un cadre rassurant.
En aval, les échanges ont été d’une simplicité évidente. Comme tout le reste.
Le sujet posait certaines contraintes physiques et psychiques que tu as su très facilement cerner et manier, ce qui a rendu notre échange extrêmement fluide. J’ai eu le sentiment d’une profonde entente et cela m’a permis de vivre ce processus de création dans une émotion vibratoire intense.
If there was a ranking for artistic models, Minh-Ly would earn countless votes. Not only is she a genuinely likeable person, but give her a chance and she becomes a driven and boundless creator.
Minh-Ly is one of my top repeat muses; working with her is both a pleasure and a challenge to rise to the occasion. Some of my most ambitious and rewarding photos have her as a centerpiece. And if this wasn’t enough, she also works on the other side of the camera from time to time, styling, directing, curating with an expert eye.
Minh-Ly is in a class apart, where the air is thin but the sun shines strongly. It is with renewed energy and inspiration to work through opportunities with you!
